Mental Health Competitions are the sole promoters, each prize draw will not be sponsored, run or endorsed by other parties including and not limited to Facebook, Google, Instagram or Twitter.
Any person who enters the competition through the website.
Entry to each competition will be providing the Entrant has answered the competition question correctly along with the entry fee due for the respective competition. Payments must be made in Pound Sterling. (GBP or £)
The Entrant will be provided with their allocated number(s) for the draw at point of sale, however only entrants with the correct answer to the competition question correctly will be able to win. Allocated draw numbers can be viewed in the ‘my account’ section on our website. We will also display the entry list on our website at least 5 hours before the live draw.
Maximum Number of Entries
The maximum number of entries for each competition will be 5 entries unless stated otherwise on the individual competition page.
The promoter may operate multiple competitions at any one time, each competition will clearly state the specific prize.
A winning entrant will be chosen at random using Google random number generator, which will be shown live on the promoters Facebook page.
By entering the competition via the website, Entrants are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and agrees to be bound by them.
Upon entering the Competition, all Entrants must submit all contact details requested by the Promoters (which must include and not limited to, a valid e-mail address, postal address and contact number) which will be used for the following purposes:
(a) to notify the Winner that they have won the prize;
(b) to post the Winner’s name and Town/City of residence on the Promoters Website and Facebook page;
(d) To post the allocated draw numbers of everyone who has entered on our website, only your name, allocated number(s) and transaction ID will be visible.
All entrants are solely and completely responsible for providing the Promoters with accurate and up to date contact details. The Promoter will be in no way liable for any failure or inability to make contact with any Entrant due to any errors or inaccuracies in the contact details provided by the Entrant.
The Entrants and the Promoters also recognise that the Promoters may (either by choice or at the request of a third party) also disclose this information to relevant third parties for the purposes of the prevention of fraud, money laundering, legal or other financial or regulatory reasons.
The Promoter operates the competition.
Each Competition is only open to entrants in England, Wales and Scotland aged 18 and over excluding the Promoters family, professional advisers or anyone else connected with the development or operation of the website or conducts administration of the Competition in any way. Entries from Northern Ireland will not currently be accepted.
By entering into the Competition, all Entrants acknowledge that their payment per entry does not guarantee in any way that they will win the prize.
The Promoters do not in any way guarantee the value of the Prize or give any warranty.
Only completed Entries, which contain the correct answer as held by the Promoter, will be entered into the Competition. Failure to answer any question correctly via the website will still result in any entrant being charged the entry fee.
As a condition of entering the Competition, Entrants must ensure that, by doing so, they do not contravene any laws of their country of residence. The Promoter will not be liable in any way if an Entrant enters the Competition unlawfully.
The Entrants and the Promoters recognise that the Competition, its administration and all associated activities are governed by English Law and the Promoters and Entrants recognise that the County or High Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute arising out of the Competition or its administration;
By entering a competition, Entrants warrant that all information, which they submit, is accurate, true, current and complete. The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant (entirely at their own discretion) if there are reasonable grounds to believe the Entrant has acted in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
The maximum number of entries that can be made by any one entrant per competition is limited to 5 per Competition unless stated otherwise on the individual competition page.
All Entries will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned, except in the case of entries submitted after the closing date.
Should any competition conclude early a cash prize will be offered that is equivalent to 75% of the entry fees taken for that particular competition.
For entry into the Competition, an Entrant must create an account on the promoters website and will be asked to provide their contact details (including postal and e-mail addresses and a contact telephone number) and card payment details (for entry fee only). Once the Entry is submitted, the Entrant’s card payment will be electronically approved.
Entries cannot be made on behalf of other people. If there are reasonable grounds to believe 1 person has entered under multiple names and/or addresses then all entries from this person will be void.
When the Maximum Number Of Entries or the Closing Date is reached, the Competition will close; however the Promoter reserves the right to extend the closing date four times, each time by up to 28 days if all tickets have not been sold.
If the Number of Entries to the Competition does not match the maximum number of entries at the final extended closing date, the Competition will either close and the proceeds will either be deemed sufficient to award the prize, or 75% the remaining funds will be allocated as a cash prize to a winner. This will be at the sole discretion of the promoter.
If the Winner cannot be contacted by the Promoter within 10 days of being notified of their status as the Winner by e-mail, telephone, Facebook or mail via the contact details submitted along with their entry, then the Promoter reserves the right to then select an alternative winner, who will then have 10 days to accept the prize following the same routes of contact as the original Winner. The original winner will have no claim to the prize once an alternative Winner is selected.
There will only be one winner per competition unless otherwise stated.
The prize will only be that as awarded at the time of the draw, no alternatives will be offered under any circumstance.
The prize will be delivered to the winning Entrant free of charge unless stated otherwise.
The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into about the result of the Competition following the determination of the Winner as described above.
Allocated draw number(s) displayed in “My Account” on the promoters website may be subject to change until the draw is confirmed to be closed and final entry lists are published. This may for instance be due to the competition closing early and less than the maximum number of tickets have sold or in case of any human or PC error.
Full details of the draw date and time will be confirmed once the competition has been concluded via Facebook and/or our website. This decision will be made within 48 hours of the competition closing.
The winning Entrant will be selected at random using a Google number generator, which will be shown live on Facebook.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Competition at any time either before or after tickets have been sold. If the Competition is cancelled, the Promoter will return any Entry Fees paid to each Entrant. Where the Entry Fee is returned, the Promoter shall have no further liability to the Entrant or to any other person.
The Promoters will not be liable for any loss suffered by an Entrant as a result of incomplete entries or failed computer communications or for any loss suffered as a result of use of the Website.
The Promoters do not accept responsibility for entries, which they do not receive due to failures in computer systems, other malfunctions, high Internet traffic, hardware failure, software failure, server faults or any other reason.
Save for death or personal injury the Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including economic loss) suffered to or sustained by any person or property as a result of any act or omission of the Promoters, nor will their servants or their agents in developing, planning and Administrating the Competition, distributing the Prize to the Winner or following the distribution of the Prize; The Promoter accepts no liability for errors or omissions contained within the Prize details, description or specification or any other part of the Website. It is the responsibility of each Entrant (and in particular the Winner) to satisfy her/himself as to the accuracy of any such details and/or any content of this website.
This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be immediately published on the Promoter’s website.
